Creativity techniques

Being creative means tricking yourself into breaking out of old, entrenched patterns and modes of thinking and thus making room for new, productive thoughts and ideas. Various different members of the PlanSinn team are active in the training context, and we have a number of effective creativity techniques at our disposal which we use as part of our facilitation work in development and/or negotiation processes. These include brainstorming and brainwriting (like the former but ideas are written down and passed round), silent visualisation, floating (relaxation wearing earmuffs and blindfold) and other formats that can help trigger new ideas in just 10 minutes.
