Stakeholders develop a model for Vienna's Central District
PlanSinn used creativity techniques, communicative experiments and original event settings to help Central District experts crystallise their future visions for the planning zone.
The Central District planning zone is one of the most interesting and contradictory in Vienna – nowhere else are so many different needs concentrated in such a small area and so many different interests and functions so closely intertwined. In 2011, an intensive stakeholder dialogue lasting several years culminated in the "Roadmap for the Future of Vienna's Central District". The implementation of the resulting key measures has been under way since then. PlanSinn acted as moderator and coach for a core group of experts from various authorities and agencies, set up productive encounters with stakeholders and was also involved in defining the key measures.
