MyLife 24/24 – Young people get involved in local town planning
Young people from Lower Austria are planning their own future
Within the scope of this project, the ideas and visions that young people have about life in the future in their local communities will have an impact on long-term spatial planning and development decisions. The purpose of such planning activities is to make local communities more attractive – for the people who live there now, but also for those who might decide to settle there in the future.
Young people from Heiligenkreuz, Gedersdorf and Neunkirchen aged 14 to 23 joined together to take a look ahead into the future, their approach to spatial planning being both playful and creative. Interacting with other groups, they developed guiding principles for spatial planning with the aim of shaping the future of their communities.
