How do young people from Vienna and its surrounding area see their future, specifically a 24-hour period in 24 years' time? And what does that mean for their lives today?
The MyLife 24/24 project brought young people and political decision-makers together for dialogue. Young people from Vienna and the surrounding regions of Lower Austria produced one-minute video clips entitled "My Life In/Near Vienna in 2035", which were screened at a Cineplexx multi-screen cinema in Vienna as well as at the Stadt-Umland-Konferenz (a regional planning conference for Vienna and its surrounding area) in the Banqueting Hall of Vienna City Hall. The youngsters' videos stimulated the subsequent lively World Café discussion involving some 200 decision-makers, spatial planners, politicians and young film directors.
