Great teaching means that both students and teachers learn something. Guided by this tenet, Wolfgang Gerlich, Hanna Posch, Johannes Posch, Bettina Wanschura, Wolfgang Pfefferkorn and Erik Meinharter have taught university courses in Austria and abroad, some of them for more than 20 years, at TU Vienna, BOKU Vienna, Vienna University, Klagenfurt University and HAS Lucerne; not to mention Harvard, where Bettina Wanschura spent a full academic year. Michl Mellauner worked as a university assistant at Vienna University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences for 15 years. The subjects taught include participation, spatial planning, moderation, water, process control, etc.
